Academy Training Programs

At Streamline Brands, we are focused on providing educational opportunities that will provide the foundation, strategy, and skills to operate a successful swim school. We have different Academy sessions designed to meet individuals where they are at in their swim school journey. All offerings are based out of our training center located at the SafeSplash Parker/Lone Tree location at 12240 Lioness Way, Parker, CO 80134. Trainer and Product Training

This two-day training is intended for anyone who is responsible for product quality and training, participants will complete a series of classroom sessions as well as in-water trainer guided activities that will key in on progressions, skill standards, cue words, and the "why" behind each skill.

Operations Academy 

This Academy training program is designed for existing franchisees and new managers and is a hands-on program focused on giving you the tools to operate your Swim School successfully. Once training is complete, you should better understand the business operations, standards, and philosophies. You will leave with the knowledge to bring a world-class program and life skill to your community.  Anyone participating will need to arrive on Sunday evening and leave late Friday or early Saturday morning. We will be in full sessions Monday-Thursday and finishing by 12:30 on Friday afternoon.

* Condensed Academy session. Participants must fly in Monday evening and fly out Late Friday or early Saturday morning. This training will not include iClassPro, HR, or Coassemble training.

New Franchisee Academy

This Academy is designed for franchisees in the Launch process who are opening their first Streamline Brands location. This Academy is broken up into two sessions: week one focused on business strategy, marketing, and business operations while week two is focused on the curriculum, shadowing positions in the school, and facility operations.
