Academy Training Programs

At Streamline Brands, we are focused on providing educational opportunities that will provide the foundation, strategy, and skills to operate a successful swim school. We have different Academy sessions designed to meet individuals where they are at in their swim school journey. All offerings are based out of our training center located at the SafeSplash Parker/Lone Tree location at 12240 Lioness Way, Parker, CO 80134. Operations Academy 

This Academy training program is designed for existing franchisees and new managers, providing hands-on experience to equip you with the tools needed to operate your Swim School successfully. By the end of the program, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations, standards, and philosophies, enabling them to deliver a world-class program and essential life skills to their community.

The training is divided into two key areas:
 
  • Product Training (Monday–Wednesday): Focused on the curriculum and instructor training aspects of your Swim School. You may choose to send a trainer for this portion only.
  • Business Operations Training (Thursday–Friday): Tailored for managers responsible for running the facility, covering operational strategies and management essentials.

 

Participants attending the full week should plan to arrive on Sunday evening and depart late Friday or early Saturday morning. Training sessions will run Monday through Thursday, with a final session concluding by 1:30 PM on Friday. Participants for product training should plan to fly out Thursday morning as sessions do not end until 6:30 pm on Wednesday.

New Franchisee Academy

This Academy is designed for franchisees in the Launch process who are 6 – 8 months from opening their first Streamline Brands location. This Academy is the first of two sessions: week one focuses on business strategy, marketing, and business operations that will prepare you to open enrollment and navigate the remainder of your build process. You will return and attend Operations Week within 3 months of opening as you prepare to train your staff and run your facility daily.
