This year's conference will be held at The Dreams Resort in Costa Rica. You may extend your stay when booking your hotel room.
Travel Tips
The airport is 1.5 hours away from the hotel. We can coordinate and provide transportation through our preferred partner at an additional cost. You are welcome to book transportation on your own. We do not recommend rending a car as it is less safe than using our provided transportation.
EARLY BIRD: Early bird registration ($50.00 off) ends May 1, 2023. Conference rates will increase to $350 on this date.
REGISTRATION: The last day to register for conference is June 16, 2023.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations submitted by July 1, 2023, will incur no conference charge. Cancellations after July 1, 2023, will incur all conference fees. Only future credits will be given.
